This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Wix, or any other platform used to promote it.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to:

Legal residents of the United States

Age 18 years or older at time of entry
Employees, officers, and directors of Froggy Tennis LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on February 27, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on March 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER

Limit: One (1) primary entry per person.
Multiple entries from the same individual using different email addresses or identities may result in disqualification.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:

Retail Value: $59.99
• One (1) Froggy Tennis Pro Overgrip 2-Pack
Retail Value: $5.99
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $65.98
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will take place within five (5) business days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing.
If the winner:

Does not respond within 72 hours

Is found to be ineligible

Fails to comply with these Official Rules
An alternate winner may be selected.
8. SHIPPING
The prize will be shipped to a valid U.S. mailing address provided by the winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
9. TAXES
Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
(At this prize value, you will not need to issue a 1099.)
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
11. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their first name, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
12. PRIVACY
Information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and may be used for marketing communications from Froggy Tennis LLC. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
