We want you to be completely satisfied with your new tennis equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of the original delivery date, subject to the conditions below. 
General Conditions:
Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.
Condition of Items:
New Items: All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Used/Demo Items: We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, use, or damage unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect. This includes, but is not limited to, scuff marks, or wear and tear.
Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation.

We utilize UPS for all deliveries of this item. You can expect regular email updates, including your tracking information, once your package is processed. Most orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase.
